Recently we had a need to train one of our staff, Monique, and were recommended Fulcrum. You always feel a bit nervous organising training... parking hassles, big classrooms, and will they really cover what we need to know? Well that certainly wasn't the case with Fulcrum. We were able to have one on one training, in our own offices, with a tailor made course. We based it on one of Fulcrum's standard choices and changed it slightly to suit our needs, which was fantastic. Monique got great personalised attention, and was able to go over specific work based situations with Sharyn. We would certainly use Fulcrum again, as well as recommend them to others who really want to get the best value for their money.
