Telemarketing System

 

Requirement


To build a system that enabled the call logging of all telemarketing, the sales achieved from such calls and the ability to remind the user at set periods to call the client once again.

Functionality

  • The system consisted of a main contact form whereby the user could enter the contact details and the details of any calls made to the contact.
     
  • When the user logged onto the database each morning, a report would be printed reminding the user of the list of clients to call that day.
     
  • A statistical report was also generated indicating the percentage of sales that they had made per calls to that particular client.
 

Outcome


The system was built over a period of 2 months and then installed. During a month of testing, a few new features - such as automated email to the client - were added. The system was then installed throughout the company.
